Site Administration

Most Web Click clients are on hosting servers utilising the H Sphere Control Panel System, which allows you to easily perform such tasks as edit your mail box setups, view web site visitor statistics, review disk space usage, etc. You may log into the control panel system and manage your account at the following address:

http://cp.webclick.com.au:8080/

If you do not know your login details for the control panel system (first supplied when you joined up), please email support@webclick.com.au or call the office on 1300 66 33 05, and please have other account details on hand that we can identify you with.

Clients who do not have access to the H Sphere control panel system should email support@webclick.com.au for changes to their account. If you wish to be migrated to the newer and faster H Sphere controlled servers, please email support@webclick.com.au for details.

 

WebMail

Please choose which type of hosting you have to access your webmail:

H Sphere System (both Windows and Linux):
http://mail.webclick.com.au/

- please note you need to use your full email address as the user name (ie. joe@company.com.au) to log into webmail.
- please note you can use either IMP or SQWebMail on H Sphere, feel free to use the webmail client you prefer!

Older Linux Hosting Accounts:
http://webmail.webclick.com.au/hosting/

- please note for the older Linux Hosting accounts you need to use the following user name convention for logging into webmail:
companyusername.emailusername, ie. joesfishstore.joe

Online Credit Card Payment
- you may pay your bills securely online with a credit card by using our secure automated credit card payment page.
- you will receive onscreen verification of your payment status and confirmation receipt via email
- credit card charges will appear under the parent company name of PerthWeb Pty Ltd on your credit card account
- we accept BankCard, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners Card.
